New Patient Consultation (60-minute duration)

* A deposit of $50 is due at the time you schedule a new patient consultation. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the consultation on the day of your visit. We require 48 hours' notice for cancellation of a new patient consultation. In the event that a new patient consultation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment or you are a no show, this deposit will serve as the late cancellation/no show fee.
